Under our Youth Development, the organization initiate long-term solutions for economic growth and development. Our programs aim to empower youth entrepreneurs and provide an environment, where social enterprises can make an impact while allowing for new businesses to thrive. We are dedicated to participating in Ground Up revitalization efforts within in the Scandinavian, Ghana and other African countries.

 

TM-GATE Foundation encourages youth entrepreneurship business models that help establish a pattern of sustainable development projects, economic growth through employment and community stabilization. This have allowed us to efficiently implement a comprehensive and integrated approach, with a ground breaking strategic which impact our community stabilization.

 

PROGRAMS

ESYD (economic stability youth development) works to provide sustainable growth through job creation. Whereby start-ups are provided with resources to train and employ the poor and the unemployed to create economic growth, by providing access to funds, factors for production and appropriability of returns to investments.

 

So far, putting money in the pockets of the poor and the unemployed through employment have been most effective measure for us to create long term economic growth.

 

We are recruiting and working together with international business consultants, to assist with the transitional stages, and provide additional resources, such as, market research, site locations etc. All this allow us to equip young adults with progressive strategies to impact every fase of life. This fabric has been intentionally designed and stitched together to fit youth from an array of diverse backgrounds and therefore this projects, exceeds race, social status, personal challenges, monetary deficits, and any other stereotypes that's considered above or beneath the status quo.  

 

We are here to serve every young adult who is willing to learn principles that will make them more independent, well-rounded person and capable individual, and ultimately our burning desire is to train and empower the bloodline of African’s so they can make internal changes that will lead to better external choices as we become a household name.
